You will learn to move smoothly and fill the space around you while combining this knowledge with fancy tricks.

At this workshop, you will find a variety of forms of split.
For this class, you will not need an oversplit. A front split on the floor will be more than enough to complete this part of the class successfully.

At these workshops, you will find new ways to the flow style, and you will learn the technique of rotation in transition process
