Anneta graduated from Niki’s Kontaxaki professional dance school in 1999, from which she received a degree in dance (classical and contemporary ).

She then worked as a dancer with classical and contemporary dance groups and as a teacher in schools and studios.
Her acquaintance with  Pilates began in 2001 as part of her research for more knowledge about body movement. The direct and therapeutic effects of applying the method to her body led her to the decision to attend the mat and equipment training program at the Bodycentric studio in 2002.

One year later, she traveled to attend dance classes and Pilates in New York (kane school) as well as in Amsterdam and London at  Alan Herdman’s School. She has also been taught part of the Balanced Body training program and since 2003 she has been teaching the method in numerous Pilates studios both in Greek and English.

At the same time she was taught anatomy lessons, not only in the dance school but also in the online Harvard University.
She has attended experiential anatomy seminars with Apostolia Papadamaki, Leonida Pepa and with teachers of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (Body Mind Centering).

This further knowledge led her to deal with people with musculoskeletal problems.Anneta graduated from Niki’s Kontaxaki professional dance school in 1999, from which she received a degree in dance (classical and contemporary ).She then worked as a dancer with classical and contemporary dance groups and as a teacher in schools and studios.

She has also received additional training in trigger point massage, deep tissue massage, trigger massage and hold her first 2 degrees in kinesiology (Touch for health). Having an endless interest about the deeper kinetic laws of the body over the past few years has been dealing with the Feldenkrais method.
