I’ve been involved in sports from a very young age, so I know firsthand how powerful exercise can be. Over the years, I’ve explored many different forms of training—from basketball and martial arts to CrossFit, weight training, and track & field. This journey has taught me the value of dedication, consistency, and discipline—key ingredients for both physical and mental growth.
